I’ve been working with her for a couple years now. I feel I end most our sessions with saying “you are so talented!” We do our sessions remote on zoom and the ability she has to give the exact right cues at the right time is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I was prey to many many months of cardio on end and was intimidated by strength training. I gained a lot of weight after college when I started my first office job. In April of 2019, I went on Keto and was able to lose ~25lbs. I went to the gym everyday for an hour in a half and did strength training based off of what I learned on YouTube. I was consuming less than 1000 calories a day. I had issues with sleep, digestion, mensuration and hair loss :( I was extremely cautious about how many carbs I ate. I was miserable, but at least I was “skinny”... *shrug*
I was introduced to Nicole in Oct 2020. At first I was skeptical because I felt like I was in a good place and knew what I was doing. Oh boy was I wrong. I was 130lbs when I met Nicole and when I stepped on the scale in Dec of 2020, my weight was at 117. I was shocked because not only was I lifting less but eating more.
